What a wonderful production! I was glued to my TV set for the entire four hours. Awesome acting, costumes and a lesson in history. Loved it!

Went down to the Sydney Road festival. There were heaps of beautiful people, beer, music an loooooove :-). |

Both Judi Dench (she was brilliant!) and Cate were great. Found it quite enjoyable. |

| Movies: Perfume: The Story of a Murderer. |

Посмотрел Парфюмера. I thought it was rather good considering that there were a number of chunks missing. Ben Whishaw did a good job as well as the other lead actors. I feel it could have been even more exciting and visually appealing had they added more details. My imagination and memories filled the gaps. All in all a nice film. |

| Movies: Pan's Labyrinth. |

Went to see Pan's Labyrinth yesterday and was very disappointed. It was extremely boring and the amount of violence was just staggering. Almost everyone fell asleep half way through the film. This film doesn't get more exciting than the trailer.
Overall, it was as exciting as watching Lleyton Hewitt play tennis yesterday.
P.S. Can you buy and consume alcohol (the same way you would buy popcorn) in cinemas in Russia ? |
